Things to Know

One Month Minimum
Guests must fill out and sign the condominium required application (fees apply) before arrival day. Rental application is required.
Must book minimum 2 weeks before the arrival. Cost $125 per married couple or $125 for each adult for the application. Guest must attend orientation meeting at the Condo Association office to obtain security FOB that gives access to site amenities (pools, gym, club house, pedestrian gates) as well as bar code sticker for car that allows entry through the security gate. Condo Association office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, except holidays.
