Marenas Resort is a 4-star family-oriented beach resort located on prestigious Sunny Isles Beach.

Stunning bay and city views from wrap-around balconies cultivate an engaging, stylish experience throughout the suite and its dynamic living area. Large 2 bedroom unit with 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a King bed. A contemporary, fully-equipped kitchen, floor to ceiling windows, dining area and queen pull-out sofa bed creates a forward-looking, refined environment in which to entertain family and friends. Unit has 3 full bathrooms and washer and dryer in unit. Daily cleaning included in price.

For ADA accessibility, the bathroom is set up so it’s easier to enter with a wheelchair. In addition, the bathroom sink has no cabinet under the sink.

Things to Know

The Resort has the following fees (not included in the price, and must be paid upon arrival at front desk):
$30.00 per day, valet parking fee
$25.00 per day, resort fee + 13% tax.
$10.00 per day, administration fees.
All fees stop on the 14th day in a 30-day period. New fees will be charged every 30 days.
The resort requests an $80 deposit per night stayed as damage collateral. It is taken as a credit card hold and returned at check out.
